«School of professional skills'» improvement: an outward glance
The article isdevoted to a problem of motivation of teaching activity. The author recounts the positive experience of realization of «School ofprofessional skills» improvement organized for young teachers at International Department of public and business administration ofTomsk State University. The results of school's work include the introduction of known methods and development of new receptionsof work with the students of business-administrative specialization. In the article it is told about experience of introduction of a projectmethod of E.C. Polat and about two new receptions of work with the students developed by the author. The first reception is toedit a periodic newspaper with the students in English. The second reception is developed within the framework of the contextualapproach. It is based on intersubject connection «foreign language - advertising management» It comprises translation and adaptationof the advertisements. In the article covers the main principles of translation and adaptation of the advertising texts. The opportunityof their use in teaching foreign language to the students of faculty of business-administrative specialization is justified
