The influence of criminalization and dicriminalization processeson the personal consciousness and conduct
The subject of consideration in this article is the existence of the criminal law norms influenceon the people's conduct because of keeping them from perpetration of acts which are forbidden by the criminal law. People's appreciationof the criminal law differs. The criminal law norms can influence on the people's consciousness and conduct only being interpretedin the personal value. The appreciation of the criminal law norms is its acceptance or non-acceptance. Thereby in relation to new penalprohibitions the author divides people's behavior into 6 big groups and analyzes each of them. As the result author makes several conclusions.First, any amendments of the criminal law should be passed only with the consideration of its supposed interaction with the systemof personal social values, with the consideration of the personal attitude to the institution or abolition of the penal prohibition. Second, politicsof the criminal law norms realization should be based on the schemes of interaction between norm and person.
