Methods of gathering evidences by advocate at the stage of preliminary investigation

Criminal procedure code of RF considerably extended the elements of adversary proceeding at the stage of preliminaryinvestigation and created the simultaneous activity of investigator and advocate. Though investigator and advocate's possibilities onproving important for criminal case facts are not equal. In the article suggested ways of improving legal aspect of advocate at the stageof preliminary investigation and considered some methods of gathering evidences.
