Using logistic regression analysis to determine the probability the cause of death in cases of mechanical asphyxia by hanging, and is incompatible with the life of mechanical injury on morphofunctional state of the adrenal criteria

The comparative estimation of morphofunctional condition human adrenals is carried out in case of death frommechanical asphyxia by hanging and at a mechanical trauma. The morphological differences of answer-back reaction on some parametersof morphofunctional condition of adrenal glands are revealed. On a of the logistic regression analysis with use of the given parametersit is possible to differentiate the direct reason of death from asphyxia by hanging and mechanical trauma in difficult cases,when at research of a corpse the attributes of diverse external influences able to result to death are found out.
