Probabilistic determine the cause of death in cases incompatible with life mechanical injury and poisoning ethyl alcohol on the parameters of the morphofunctional state of the adrenal

The comparativeestimation of morphofunctional reaction of the human adrenals is carried out in case of death caused by a poisoning by ethyl alcoholand at a mechanical trauma. The revealed morphological differences of answer-back adrenals reaction are used for differential diagnosticsof the reason of death at action on body simultaneously of ethyl alcohol and of traumatic influence. On the basis of distinctions ofmorphofunctional parameters of the condition of adrenal glands each concrete case to this or that group is possible with a high share ofprobability to attribute at differentiation of the reason of death from a poisoning by ethyl alcohol and mechanical trauma.
