About the principles and model of the Russian economic federalism
It is stated in thearticle that Russia s transfer from stagnation to the stage of intensive growth of its economy is impossible without modernization ofRussia s regional composition and management. Depending the analysis of possible patterns of the state organization, the author of thearticle suggests a new model of centralized federation as a pattern for Russia that is based on the subsidiarity principle.
