Suboptimal control of the system, described by forresters stochastic modelof the world dynamics
The stochastic variant of the world dynamics model by Jay W.Forrester is considered. On the base of the quasi-linearization of the model the structure of the algorithm of optimal control of thedynamic system described by this model is received. It is shown that the algorithm of optimal control requires the decision of thenonlinear two point boundary value problem for the recurrence equations system, greatly discommoding possibility of its realization.It is offered two variants of the realized suboptimal algorithms of control. It is cited an instance decisions of the problem of stabilizationsof the planet population by regulations (controls) of the sharing the part of capital investments to world agriculture. They arediscussed possible positive and negative results of such regulation.
