Application of multilevel approximation for construction of mathe-matical models of nonstationaryprocesses
The new approach to a problem of construction of mathematicalmodels of non-stationary processes is offered, supervision above which occur in small enough time intervals. Thus some ideas ofmultilevel computer networks are used.
