The employment of graduates in the policy of the Tomsk higher education institutes (ihe): adaptation or strategy?
Given article is devoted to the problem of the employmentof the Tomsk higher education institutes graduates Its conclusions are based on the results of the applied sociological studies. The matterof the article includes expert appraisals of such aspccts of the problem as prestigiousness and needs for the graduates, real opportunitiesof their employment, and the orientation of the IHEs' efforts on stages of enrolment, teaching and graduating the specialists. Thebasic aim of the article is to answer the question can the Tomsk IHEs' policy of the employment be considered as a well thought-outstrategy , or it's just an adaptation to the existing conditions.
