Teaching professionalism as a necessary condition in the process of distance learning technology development and implementation
Introduction of teaching programmes intothe educational process is followed by changes in teaching professionalism requirments system. Changes in teachers' motivation (turningexternal motivation into deep inner processes which influence teacher's professionalism) go through «learning through doing» approachimplementation and getting positive experience in distance learning. Teacher's work in distance learning technology helpsteaching professionalism development when teachers learn how to conduct their own research in teaching programmes producing.
