About the stage of lawinforcement of the process of legal regulation in the sphere of criminal trial(theory of criminal trial)
In the article the research of the legal regulation relations problems of the criminalprocedure is continueed by the writer, the theoretical thesises of the stage enforcement of law regulation are inves-tigated. Thegeneral-theoretical thesises about law enforcement are analysed, as well as the adjacent terms are identified and clarified. The issues ofthe application of the criminal law and criminal procedure rules in this stage and its regulatory essense are investigated. The comparisonbetween the law enforcement and the stage enforcement of the law regulation is done, and the content of the called stage isillustrated from the organizational and functional sides.
