Russian capital transnationalization
At the beginning of the 21st century transnationalcorporations (TNC) define in many respects world market structure, its level of competitiveness of goods and services, as well asinternational capital movement and technology transfer. The article considers the reasons of significant TNC growth during previousdecades and TNC role in worldeconomic links. Complicated role of TNC in the economic life of other countries is defined. Stages of TNCstart-up and development in world economy and principal ways of their penetration into the market are underlined. The principles ofRussian capital transnationalization, peculiarities of starting-up and development of financial-industrial groups in Russia are emphasized.
