Socio-economic prerequisites of formation criminal economy

Russian marketeconomy has essential deformations caused by multitude of oppositions in social life of the country. It strengthens inner andexterior threat of Russian economic security. This work presents a system of factors contributed to the expansion of criminaluationof economic relationship, necessity of registration and weakening of what allows to resist economic criminality.
