Problems and prospects of innovational development of agriculture

Theagriculture of Russia - the largest sector of economics of the state, which as the work shows, is in a crisis condition. The outlet fromthis crisis is possible only on the basis of carrying out of an active state protectionist policy, in which the state innovational policyshould occupy the central place. Only on the basis of such policy it is possible to stabilize position, to stop slump in production,degradation of industrial potential and to create conditions for transition from a crisis condition to a stage of consecutive developmentof agrarian and industrial complex. In article the principal causes of occurrence of crisis in agrarian and industrial complex areconsidered and possible ways of perfection of organizational economic mechanisms of innovational development of agrarian andindustrial complex at a regional level are offered.
