Active and passive social attitude towards the unemployment

This article deals with actual questions of modern market of labour and problems of employment in condition of ZATO Seversk. Together with economical and social-psychological factors the strategies of behaviour on the labour market of different sorts of groups of unemployment and seeking for work citizens are suggested. Made analysis is built on the base of practical experience and on materials of sociological researches.
