The problems of demarcation of ecological crimes from administrative misdemeanours in the field of offenceof regime of protected areas and objects

The article is devoted to the investigation of crimes in accordance with st. 262 Criminal Code of Russia, which demarcate from administrative misdemeanours crimes in accordance with st. 8.39 Administrative Code of Russia. The author analyses the problems of demarcation of ecological crimes from administrative misdemeanours in the field of offence of regime of protected areas and objects.
