Management of Housing and Communal Services Experience in Germany
The work concerns the main organizational and juridical issues on reforming and functioning of housing and communal services system management in Germany. In the article there are stages and main branches of housing and communal services system reforms in Germany are observed, current management system of the sphere is given, juridical aspects of German accommodating communal services and "Housing Units of Germany" enterprises' functioning is examined.
