Perfection of mechanisms of the taxation of the enterprises during realization of procedures of bankruptcy

Present clause is devoted to problems of the taxation of the enterprises in procedures of bankruptcy. The total size of a shortage of such enterprises exceeds today 10% of an internal total product of Russia, thus efficiency of a collecting of a shortage for last five years has fallen with 6-8% up to 0,2% that can essentially slow down growth of economy of Russia in immediate prospects. In clause attempt to reveal the reason of so prompt falling of a collecting of obligatory payments of the enterprises - bankrupts is made, other directions of possible updating of the budget due to the taxation of debtors in a stage of competitive manufacture are specified, and a number of offers on perfection of mechanisms of the taxation of the enterprises in procedures of bankruptcy is stated.
