The comparative analyses of basic biomechanical indicators of the techniques of structural group of overflying exercises «Tkachev» on the horizontal bar
The article considers the basic biomechanical patterns of difficult gymnastics elements' performance on the horizontal bar: «over flying Tkachev legs separately», «over flying Tkachev bent», «over flying Tkachev with straight body». The quantitative biomechanical information about technical peculiarities of the performance of every investigating element is shown, rational ways of exercises' construction and the ways of their biomechanical structure's improvement are analyzed.
