The social-philosophical analysis of a role and place of a municipal society in system of local self-management

The purpose of given article is the substantiation of concept «a municipal society» in the system of social knowledge, and also its role and a place in the social organizations of local self-management. In the article are put questions on conditions and bases of its introduction in system of representations about essence local self-management. On this basis is the role of municipal communities considered in reform of local self-management as the form-system factor in application of direct forms of democracy for transformation of the social organizations of local self-management.
