The Functions of the System of «Great Elements» in the Buddhist Culture

The system of five «great elements» is part of the Buddhist culture. There are two systems of elements in Tibetan Buddhism - the Chinese system elements (wood, fire, earth, iron, water) and the Indian system of «great elements» (earth, water, fire, wind and space). The system of five «great elements» is kind of Buddhist code language that renders information of the generating model of the Buddhist world, of different levels of reality.
