Foreign capital in the housing in Russia in 1920-s
The living conditions of the Soviet labor, working at the USSR concessions in the 1920-s and the measures taken by the foreign concessionaires to improve such conditions are analyzed in the article. The author specifies the role of the Soviet authorities in the solution of the housing problem.
