The initiation of proceedings order according to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Azerbaijan Republic

The author analyzes the initiation of proceedings order according to the Criminal Procedure Code of Azerbaijan. He analyzes the existed literature on this problem, expresses opinions of well-known scientists of Azerbaijan. The comparative analysis of the criminal procedure legislation of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation allows to discover its disadvantages and to work out the concrete proposals to improve separate norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of Azerbaijan
