On the correlation of the definitions of a legal entity s body and his representative

One of the controversial issue of a civil legal theory and law applicable practice stipulated by different interpretations of correlation of notions of a legal entity s body and his representative. The author disputes a widely spread in legislation, doctrine and judicial practice view that a legal entity s body is identified with its legal representative. Some arguments against such identification of a legal entity s body and his representative - independent subjects of Civil Law - are given in the present article
