Some results of the research of employment and labour mobility in trade in modern conditions of formation and development of social - labour relations are submitted in the article. Studying of a status and development of a labour market, the analysis of an extensive empirical material about dynamics of employment have allowed to consider the basic directions and methods of regulation of labour mobility occupied in the branch
