Using of fuel and energy balancefor complex programms of municipality socio-economic development

Inthis article discussed problems of municipal socio-economic evolution programs developing. Authors suppose that fuel and energy balance becomes an integral part of such programs. Advantages and special features of the using of a fuel-energy balance with analysis and planning of the development of territory are investigated.
