The Problems of Optimization of administrative Connectionsin Kemerovo State University as an example

The article is devoted to the tendencies of a higher education institutes' administrative system improvement based on making mechanism of optimization of administrative connections in Kemerovo State University as an example. What is at issue is the creation of a university complex as a centre of continuing education; the optimization of higher education institutes' organization; the formation of corporate culture; the functioning of the council of trustees and the educational-industrial complex KEMZ-KemGU (Kemerovo Electromechanical Plant - Kemerovo State University).
