Individual mechanisms of self-regulation:its mobilization and prediction under conditions, characterized by high degree of ambiguity

We studied the peculiarities of self-regulation of emotional state. The model of ambiguity situation was described. Biofeedback technology made it possible to simulate an ambiguity situation and to search the main principles and strategies of self-regulation, its importance and impact for overcoming ambiguity situation. Key factors which determined efficiency/inefficiency of strategy of self-regulation under ambiguity were discussed.
