About concept of transcendental philosophy at Husserl and Kant

In this article concept of transcendental philosophy is considered. Sources of its attractiveness for the modern thought are revealed. Basic interpretations of transcendentalism are picked out. Similarity and difference between Kant's and Husserl's versions of transcendental philosophy is demonstrated. Foundations of Husserl's criticism of Kant's philosophy are investigated.
