The nature of judicial control over pre-trial investigation

Having analyzed the problems of judicial control over investigation we can admit that this institution referred to the sphere of the constitutional law. The fact that judicial control is also the part of criminal proceedings makes it difficult for a legislator both to construe such an institution in theory and realize it in practice.
