Institutional analysis of discrimination in the labour-market

The influence of institutes on the discrimination in labour field is viewed in the article. The level of discrimination is shown as a loss function of discrimination existence and costs on its reduction. There are mentioned factors, contributing to forming an overpriced level of discrimination on Russian labour market. There are prodused personal control characteristics and their influence on discrimination. Conclusions are verified with the research results of Omsk organizations.
