Sense of a language as a component of communicative competence (correlation of notions)

As a part of Ph.D. thesis this article is about forming sense of a language for foreign students and it points out the problem of correlation of sense of a language and communicative competence. The main methods of studying these notions, their definitions and points of intersection during their forming and improving are presented in the article
