Research dynamics of installations of the person sudimyh minors

In clause the model of research of dynamics of installations of minor's delinkvents is presented. The basic accent in the description of results of research is made on the analysis of the factors providing refusal of fulfilment of criminal actions in criminally-provocative situations. On an example of group of persons, it is long remaining on freedom after serving punishment; distinctions between semantic and operational installations in relation to the law are shown. Principles of preventive maintenance of relapse in environment are in a new fashion comprehended.
