The conceptual framework of the foreign experience of the influence of the activity of universitieson the process of innovation development of the regions
In this paper an analysis of the influence of universities in economic regions of innovation development in some of the world's leading countries was carried out. It is shown that the universities play a decisive role in the stimulation of innovation activity of many regions in these countries. Specifically, in this study it is shown that leading universities of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Japan and other countries could transform depressive regions into centers of development of high technologies. It seems that this experience is specifically urgent for Russia, whose transformation into a technological country is an objective and imperative need
