The Northern Dimension Initiative from Constructivist and Liberal Intergovernmentalist approaches
This work is devoted to the Northern Dimension Initiative. The article makes an attempt to explain two dependant variables: the creation of the Northern Dimension Initiative and the present state of the Initiative through the application of Constructivist and Liberal Intergovernmentalist approaches.
