Actual problems of the modem administrative culture

In the article there is the problematics of formation of administrative culture, the basic making cultures of management and their direct interrelation. Specificity of management in system of social attitudes is reflected. The scheme of interaction internal, external and connecting cultures is deduced. It is drawn a conclusion that there is a necessity of development of the domestic approach to the mechanism of development of culture at the enterprises in view of national specificity.
