Improving legal regulations of criminal proceedings for creation, supervision and participation in organizedcriminal groups and criminal organizations
Theauthor touches upon urgent issues of improving legal regulations of criminal proceedings for crimes committed by organized criminal groups and criminal organizations. The regulations of current Criminal Code are analyzed. The author points out drawbacks and contradictions created by law-makers when formulating some norms of the Criminal Code forming the institution of complicity. Some norms of the General Part and Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are analyzed and compared. The author suggests some changes of the Criminal Code in order to eliminate its drawbacks.
