Institutuonal features of the cooperative form of vertical integration in agrifood sector
In paper the review of the theoretical and empirical literature under cooperative forms of vertical integration are submitted. Preconditions of the organization of marketing agricultural co-operatives as forms of vertical integration versus the conclusions of contracts with independent firms are analyzed.
