Management of a municipal debt (on an example of Tomsk)
Ь the conditions of system of interbudgetary relations reforming in the Russian Federation and increase in requirement for extra means for realisation of investment projects on a management of municipalities lays down responsibility for efficiency of realisation of a debt policy. In this connection questions of standard-legal regulation of municipal loans and management of a municipal debt are extremely important.
