Financial maintenace of municipal unions

In article there are issues of financial maintenance of municipal unions are in detail considered. An overall objective of reforming of budgetary system in the Russian Federation is transition to qualitatively other level of management of the public finance. Budgetary reform urged to use the means told by tax bearers in the order of the budget that will allow to raise quality of given public services, well-being and social security growth with the maximum return.
