The pieces of the historical novel by N.V. Gogol' as arabesque's

The article is dedicated to two historical sketches, which one Gogol' has pronounced by the chapters of the novel «The Hauptman», though each piece had a special scene and style, system of the characters. In the collection of «The Arabesque's» these «chapters» together with the articles about Ukraine should give notion to the reader about the poetic history of its people.
