The development of views on the principles of Penal Law in the science of Correctional Law and Penal Law

In the present article the development of scientific points of view on the system and content of Penal Law principles is being analyzed. The opinions of some legal authors of Soviet period on the theory of Correctional Labour Law (Penal Law) and its principles are given; the grounds for existing of subjectivism and variety of views relating to the system itself and the principles it covers are being revealed.
