Actual problems of Public-Private Partnership in municipal management

Business and public authority interaction is an objective tendency of the modern market. In the countries with the developed market economy the given forms of co-operation, which are called Public-Private Partnership, have been already used a considerable amount of time with the purpose of realization of large capital investment projects, and also the projects connected with development of infrastructure. In Russia, unfortunately, hands-on experience of their use does not suffice. At the same time, introduction of Public-Private Partnership forms is considered to be one of perspective trends of overcoming of crisis situations in various spheres, including especially problem sphere of housing and communal services.
