Personal traits of unemployed
The article presented an empirical study of personal characteristics of the unemployed. A study conducted on two samples in 2004 and 2007. We show that the personal traits of unemployed and employed is different. Are personality traits that increase the risk of unemployment and individual characteristics, stabilizing employment.
