The representative formation in Russia
Legal documentation and problems of representative formation in Russia are analysed in this article. It examines the stages of elective representative formation - popular assembly, Assembly of the Land, Senate, Legislative Commissions, Councils of State, and the State Duma, beginning with 10 century and continuing to present-day Russia. The special attention is paid to the international problems of different periods during the establishment of the Russian state.
