The main ways of interaction of the state and the civil society as an important condition of realization of political rightsand freedoms of citizens

Interaction of the government and civil society has been studied by several generations of the scientists. At the present stage Kazakhstan also needs the necessity to define some possible directions for such an interaction. The problems of legal consolidation of citizens' rights to address governmental bodies and local authorities are shown from the point of view of reinforcing democratic basis of the state and the civil society institutions.
