Theoretical and methodological aspects of the financial effectiveness of the property evaluation development on the microlevel
The article contains theoretical foundation of the existing methodology, which enables to estimate the financial state of the economic entity. Taking into account that the performance of the enterprise depends on many subjective and objective factors, the best one should be considered the methodology of the property effectiveness evaluation, which creates condition for the efficient economic performance. On the basis of the recommended financial indicators the author examines 2 of them - property assets profitability and economic growth stability of an enterprise.
