The State and the large business: problems of interaction

The interaction of the large business and the government attrects attantion of many investigators. Today problems of this relations are still guite actual. In the context of government policy the ineraction of these two subjects acquires strategic importance. By force of historical circumstances in Russia now there are only two agents of modernisation. They are the government, which initiated the economic reform, and the large business, which had appeared during this reform. Exactly there the resources of national development accumulate. It's basic personnel, new management and financial technologies. Only partnership of government and the large business allows to Russia secure the worthy place in international company.
