Time is as an element ofthe organizational culture

Today the organization's culture is the most effective tool of management. Time as one of basic elements of organizational culture, acts as an aprioristic condition of existence of any organization. On the other hand, perception of a time continuum by participants of the organization can be both the factor of its development, and a barrier of realization of the strategic purposes.
