«General welfare» in philosophical tradition till the Kant
This article represents attempt of the review of sights of thinkers before Kant on «general welfare» and closely connected with it concepts of «the general in-terest» and «the general will». As a result of the analysis three tendencies in interpretation of «general welfare» and concepts of this circle are revealed.
